• Why is the page not displaying or working properly?

  It is recommended to use Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browsers. Browsers that use the IE engine do not support ES6 and multipart media types, and cannot display the page correctly.

• Why can I access the page functions but not view the video?

  The Node-Camera video stream only allows one connection at a time. If a client is already accessing the video, subsequent video stream requests will be ignored.

• After enabling SD card support and the command trigger switch, when I click the Capture button in the Tools panel, the photo is not saved to the SD card.

  You also need to turn on the Save to SD Card switch in the Capture tab of the settings panel. There are two ways to store the capture: save to the SD card, or upload to an FTP server, or both. These options can be enabled separately or together.
